Quest Frankston — High-rise façade maintenance

Frankston, Victoria · High-rise façade maintenance

Context

The building & the scope.

Quest Frankston is a serviced-apartment high-rise in Frankston, south-east of Melbourne. 360 Access delivered programmed façade maintenance on the building — the kind of routine asset-care work that keeps a hospitality tower trading without disruption.

How we delivered it

Methodology & safety.

Programmed rope-access maintenance windows scheduled around occupancy. Standard SWMS, rescue plan, and ground-level shielding to keep guests and staff uninterrupted.

  • certified rope-access crews on two ropes from rigged anchors.
  • Site-specific Rescue Plan, SWMS and JSAs issued before mobilisation.
  • $20M public-liability cover; WorkSafe Victoria registered.
  • Self-performed trade depth — no third-party access subcontractors.
Outcome

Result.

Maintenance programme delivered on rope, building handed back fully operational.
