Eureka Tower
Southbank, Melbourne — Façade & rope access
One of Australia's tallest residential towers. Programmed rope-access façade works above active street and pedestrian level — exactly the kind of complexity a Brisbane CBD tower brings.

Certified rope access, façade, glazing, remedial and standby-rescue capability — an established Victorian specialist contractor extending into Brisbane and SE Queensland through 2026. QBCC-licensed, $20M insured, Tier 1–3 builder credentials.
Brisbane's high-rise pipeline — from the Olympics build-out through Cross River Rail, Queens Wharf, Waterfront Brisbane and the residential push across Newstead, South Brisbane and the Valley — is producing exactly the kind of work rope access was made for: façades that are too tall for boom lifts, too tight for scaffold, and too live to disrupt with cumbersome access. 360 Access is bringing the same specialist team and Integrated Management System that delivers across Victoria's tower portfolio (Eureka, Emporium, 888 Collins, Concarvo) north to Queensland — fully QBCC-licensed, WorkCover Queensland registered, and underwritten by our $20M public-liability cover.
We're honest about where we are: 360 Access is Victoria-established and Queensland-extending. Our crews are certified and already operating at height every day — the gear, methods, paperwork and rescue capability travel with them. Where we're light on local references right now, we make up for it in proven delivery, careful mobilisation planning, and the kind of safety-first approach Tier 1 builders test you against before they hand over a key contract.
Every service we self-perform in Victoria is available in Brisbane — same crews, same methods, same trade-qualified depth. Click through for full service detail.

Brisbane's high-rise stock is rope-access country. From CBD commercial towers around Eagle, Margaret and Queen Streets through Brisbane Quarter and Queens Wharf, to the residential towers across Fortitude Valley, Newstead, South Brisbane, West End, Kangaroo Point and the Gold Coast strip. If conventional access is slow, expensive or impossible, the chance is high that rope access is the right method.
For planned scopes, most jobs get a Brisbane crew on site within 5–10 working days of contract — sometimes faster on confirmed work. Emergency make-safes (broken glass, fallen cladding, loose façade) are launching as our SE Queensland coverage scales through 2026 — call us early and we'll either mobilise from Victoria or refer you to a Queensland rescue contractor we know.
Because the work is specialist, not local. Rope-access methodology, façade trade depth, rope-access training, rescue capability and SWMS/JSAs are the same in Brisbane as in Melbourne. What you get with 360 Access is a self-performing specialist contractor with a real Integrated Management System and proven Tier 1 builder credentials — instead of a Brisbane generalist who sub-contracts the rope side to whoever's available. We mobilise the crew; you get one accountable contractor.
Whether you're a Tier 1–3 builder, an owners corporation, an asset manager, a façade engineer or a project director — if you've got an SE Queensland high-rise scope and need a specialist rope-access and façade contractor, the conversation starts here.
