Astorial Apartments is a Melbourne residential complex. 360 Access delivered façade remedial scopes — defect rectification, sealant works and detail repairs at height.
How we delivered it
Methodology & safety.
Rope-access crews working live residential, with the building-manager coordination, resident communication and access control that goes with it. Each shift run through the standard SWMS and rescue-plan documentation.

- Site-specific Rescue Plan, SWMS and JSAs issued before mobilisation.
- $20M public-liability cover; WorkSafe Victoria registered.
- Self-performed trade depth — no third-party access subcontractors.
