Eureka Tower — Rope-access & façade works in Southbank

Southbank, Melbourne · Façade & rope access

Context

The building & the scope.

One of Australia's tallest residential towers, Eureka sits at 297 m at the edge of Southbank Boulevard. 360 Access has delivered rope-access façade and inspection works on the tower — the kind of program that proves a contractor's ability to operate live, occupied high-rise without disrupting tenants, retail or the streetscape below.

How we delivered it

Methodology & safety.

Two-rope certified access from rigged anchors, with documented rescue capability standing by for every shift. Methodology tuned to a fully occupied residential tower: staged access windows, tenant-aware noise and access control, and tight coordination with building management.

  • certified rope-access crews on two ropes from rigged anchors.
  • Site-specific Rescue Plan, SWMS and JSAs issued before mobilisation.
  • $20M public-liability cover; WorkSafe Victoria registered.
  • Self-performed trade depth — no third-party access subcontractors.
Outcome

Result.

Façade scope delivered on programme without scaffold or BMU mobilisation costs, and without disruption to residents or the boulevard below.
