Specialist trades for Tier 1–3 builders.
Self-performed rope-access, façade, rigging, welding and standby-rescue capability — built to satisfy the IMS, insurance, SWMS / JSA / Rescue-Plan and reference checks Tier 1–3 commercial builders run before they let a sub-trade on site.
The checklist before they hand over the scope.
Every Tier 1–3 builder runs roughly the same sub-contractor onboarding: insurance, IMS, SWMS / JSA / Rescue Plan, rope-access training records, ISO position, prior project references, financial position, and the specific scope-of-work negotiation. 360 Access is built to clear all of it without back-and-forth:
- Insurance. $20M Public Liability cover — certificate of currency on enquiry. WorkCover Victoria and Queensland in place.
- IMS. Integrated Management System covering Quality (ISO 9001), Environment (ISO 14001) and Safety (ISO 45001) — independently certified by ATLAS, a JAS-ANZ-accredited certification body.
- SWMS / JSA / Rescue Plan. Site-specific documents issued before mobilisation, not generic templates.
- Rope-access training. Crews trained to the two-rope system; two ropes, documented rescue, on every site.
- References. Tier 1 builder references on request — clients named with sign-off. Projects portfolio public; commercial terms private.
- Trade depth. Façade, glazing, cladding, remedial, painting, rigging, welding, drone inspection — self-performed under one accountable contractor instead of a subbie chain.
One contractor, one accountability line.
The alternative to a specialist like 360 Access is usually a scaffold contractor plus a subbie chain of rope-access, glazing, remedial and rescue specialists. Each contract, insurance certificate, induction, SWMS and rescue plan multiplies. 360 Access compresses that chain to one — same crews running façade, glazing, remedial and rescue scope at height, with one site lead and one set of paperwork.
The practical wins for builders:
- One sub-contractor agreement instead of three to five.
- Rapid mobilisation — typically 5–10 working days from contract execution for planned scopes.
- Programme reliability — we hold our own people; we don't sub-out rope-access to whoever's available.
- Standby rescue on every shift, not a separate contract with a third party.
- One escalation point for site issues, not a phone tree.
What we've delivered for commercial builders.

Tier 1 builder clients on request with sign-off. The Projects index lists ten case studies in detail. Brisbane and SE Queensland scopes are in the pipeline for 2026 as our Queensland expansion rolls out.

Common questions.
How quickly can you mobilise after contract?
Typically 5–10 working days from a fully-executed sub-contractor agreement, induction completion and approved SWMS. Genuine emergencies (make-safe scopes) can mobilise inside 24–48 hours where capacity allows.
What insurances and licences do you hold?
$20M Public Liability cover, WorkCover Victoria, WorkCover Queensland, QBCC licence, AGWA membership. Certificates and licence numbers provided on enquiry as part of the onboarding pack.
Will you supply your own SWMS / JSA / Rescue Plan?
Yes — site-specific, not generic templates. Issued before mobilisation as part of the standard pre-start pack alongside our IMS extracts.
Do you carry standby rescue capability in-house?
Yes. We provide rope-rescue standby as both an integrated capability on our own scopes and as a stand-alone service for builders running their own access crews. See Standby rope rescue.
Are you doing work in Queensland?
Extending into Brisbane and SE Queensland through 2026. QBCC licence and WorkCover Queensland registration in place. See Brisbane page for detail.
