Tier 1–3 Builders
What commercial builders test you against before they hand over a scope — IMS, insurance, rope-access training, SWMS / JSA / Rescue Plan documentation, ISO programme.
Owners Corporations
Façade defects, water ingress, balcony rectification, cladding under the CSV programme — rope access reduces resident disruption and scaffolding cost on OC works.
Property & Facilities Managers
One contractor across your portfolio — programmed maintenance, fast reactive call-outs and owner-ready documentation on every site.
Insurers & Loss Adjusters
Rapid make-safe after storm, impact or water-ingress events, with photo-evidenced scoping for assessors and at-height access without scaffold.
Common questions.
Are you a builder or a façade contractor?
Both — and a rope-access specialist. We self-perform façade and remedial trades at height, plus rope-access rigging, glazing, welding, painting and standby rescue. Tier 1–3 builders use us as a specialist sub-trade; OCs and asset managers buy us direct.
Do you have a Queensland licence?
Yes — QBCC, plus WorkCover Queensland. Full Victorian credentials too (WorkSafe Victoria, AGWA). $20M public-liability cover. Documentation on enquiry.
